Robin is the Chairman of Marks & Clerk International, a Partner of the firm and a Chartered (UK) and European Patent Attorney. As International Chairman, he oversees the strategic development of the worldwide business, working with the International Board and partners in all offices.

Simon has over 30 years’ experience working in intellectual property. As a Partner and Patent Attorney, he works with a wide variety of traditional and cutting-edge technologies.

Jonathan Colombo is the Managing Partner of Marks & Clerk Canada, and is one of Canada’s leading trademark litigators.

Daniel is a Singapore Registered Patent Attorney and Chartered (UK) Patent Attorney.

Esther is involved in all aspects of trade mark protection and portfolio management including trade mark selection, prosecution and enforcement. She works across a variety of sectors, and has particular experience within automotive, IT, insurance, food & drink and publishing.

Catherine (Cat) Lovrics is a Partner at Marks & Clerk Canada, where she is Head of the firm's Trademark and Copyright Groups

In 2015, Gerald Samuel set up a law firm in Malaysia, Messrs Gerald Samuel, that handles all aspects of IP litigation and transactional work.

Matthew English is a Singapore Registered Patent Attorney, and Australia Registered Patent and Trade Mark Attorney.

John has over 15 years’ experience in the trade mark profession and works with a portfolio of national and international clients on developing a strategy for their trade mark protection. John is the Office Managing Partner at Marks & Clerk's Birmingham office.

Kirsten is a Partner and Head of Brand Exploitation, Protection and TM Litigation UK at Marks & Clerk Law. Kirsten advises in a broad range of sectors including food & drink, financial services, pharmaceuticals, fashion and creative industries.

Chris specialises in the drafting and prosecution of patent applications, and is one of only a few practitioners in the country who is also qualified as a UK and European patent attorney.

Xuefang advises on intellectual property law with a focus on all aspects of trade mark law, copyright law and related laws of PRC, including transactional work, disputes, IP due diligence, enforcement of rights, customs recordation, cybersquatting, unfair competition and litigation.

Gareth has been practicing in the field of trade marks for over 20 years. He acts for a variety of clients from individuals to multinationals, and has particular experience in the management of global trade mark portfolios, counterfeiting issues, the assignment of Intellectual Property Rights and trade mark strategies.

James Kinnaird is a Singapore Registered Patent Attorney, Chartered (UK) and European Patent Attorney.

Katherine possesses in-depth experience in global brand strategy and trade mark portfolio management, including conducting trade mark audits, clearance searches, prosecution and enforcement of trade mark rights. Experience also in Hong Kong & China anti-counterfeiting campaigns, Customs Office actions, domain-name disputes, copyright and/or trade mark infringement actions, passing off actions in Hong Kong or anti-unfair competition claims before the China courts.

Jonas is a Singapore Registered Patent Attorney, Chartered (UK) and European Patent Attorney.

Gianfranco is a Singapore Registered Patent Attorney, Italian and European Patent Attorney, and Italian and European Trade Mark Attorney.

Upasana qualified as a Singapore Registered Patent Attorney in 2007 and as a Chartered (UK) Patent Attorney in 2012. She specialises in patents and registered designs, and works with multi-disciplinary clients.

James is a Chartered Patent Attorney and European Patent Attorney.

Hernán is a Registered and Chartered Trade Mark Attorney (UK), a qualified Chilean lawyer and graduate of the Universidad Católica in Santiago. Hernán is a vital part of Marks & Clerk’s National Food & Drink team and he has many principal clients in this sector.

Tat Wai holds a LLB (Hons) degree from the University of London, United Kingdom and was admitted in 2013 to the High Court of Malaya as an Advocate and Solicitor.

Denise is vastly experienced in brand selection, management and protection, having acted for organizations and multinational companies in diverse sectors, both in prosecution and contentious actions in Hong Kong and internationally.

Veronica is a Registered Malaysian Trademark Agent.

Erik is a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney and EUIPO Professional Representative involved in the registration, protection, enforcement and management of UK, EU and International Trade Marks. Erik has assisted clients in seeking protection for designs applicable to both physical and virtual worlds and industries ranging from computer games to food and drink and fashion.

Kiko joined Marks & Clerk in 2019 as a Japanese Client Support Executive.

Based in Seoul, Hyunja provides local assistance to the firm’s Korean clients and associates of all of Marks & Clerk’s offices.
