Xuefang advises on intellectual property law with a focus on all aspects of trade mark law, copyright law and related laws of PRC, including transactional work, disputes, IP due diligence, enforcement of rights, customs recordation, cybersquatting, unfair competition and litigation. She has also assisted local and international clients in their trade mark protection in many other countries.
Xuefang graduated from the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics with a Bachelor’s degree in Law and earned a Master’s degree in IP Law from the University of San Francisco, California. She was admitted in the PRC in 2001 and in the State of New York in 2012.
Prior to joining Marks & Clerk, Xuefang was a senior associate in the Beijing office of a leading PRC law firm.
