Marks & Clerk is pleased to announce that Kamleh J. Nicola has joined Marks & Clerk Canada as partner and will become Co-Head of the firm’s litigation practice. This latest lateral hire is part of the firm’s Canadian growth strategy to build on its 100+ year reputation as a leading intellectual property (IP) firm offering a full suite of IP services to clients in Canada and around the globe.
Kamleh is a leading Canadian patent litigator who has earned a strong reputation in Canada and internationally, particularly in the Health and Life Sciences industries. Her technical competency and experience, coupled with her passion for client service, have attracted some of the world’s best-known brands, including several multi-jurisdictional pharmaceutical companies. Prior to joining the firm, Kamleh was an IP litigation partner with Baker McKenzie and prior to that with Tory’s.
