On May 31st, Canadian litigation partner and Chair of the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee, Amrita V. Singh, will moderate the OBA’s final session of its ‘Foundations in Judicial Competencies Certificate Program’, which is designed for those who aspire to become a judge. The esteemed panelists, which will include judges of the Ontario provincial court, will explore unconscious bias, raising awareness of biases, and the cultural sensitivities to those biases that are important to an adjudicative role.
