Sarah has worked in trade mark field in China for over 10 years. She has a broad experience in the trade mark registration, prosecution, licensing and dispute solution in China. She also advises on custom recordal of IP rights, copyright and domain name registration and disputes in China.
 
Sarah graduated from Beijing University of Chemical Technology in 2000, with a Bachelor’s degree in Law. She speaks English and Mandarin.

Sarah joined the Beijing office of Marks & Clerk in April 2015. Before that, she worked with a Chinese law firm and was previously employed by a local intellectual property firm.
