Jacqueline’s practice covers all aspects of intellectual property with a particular focus on trade marks.  She has extensive experience in trade mark prosecution, oppositions, cancellations, IP due diligence and commercial exploitation of IP rights.

Jacqueline graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Hong Kong and worked in a few major IP firms in Hong Kong.  She joined Marks & Clerk as a Consultant in 2019.  She is a Council member and the Vice President of the Hong Kong Institute of Trade Mark Practitioners.

Jacqueline speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
