Sarah joined Marks & Clerk in 2019 and qualified as a UK Trade Mark Attorney in 2022, achieving a distinction in both years of her qualifying exams.
Sarah supports clients with all aspects of their trade mark requirements from filings through to enforcement. She has experience in trade mark clearance searches, filing and prosecution of trade mark applications, trade mark oppositions and cancellations, as well as advising on trade mark infringement. Sarah advises clients across a number of sectors including fashion and retail, publishing, professional sport, and metallurgy.
Sarah graduated from university in 2016 with a degree in French from Trinity College, Oxford. As part of her studies she worked for a year in Bordeaux, France, alongside a wine critic and viticulteur. Prior to joining Marks & Clerk, Sarah was Head of Native Advertising at a marketing tech company in London.
