Anne is a Luxembourg IP Attorney and a French, Belgian and European Patent Attorney with experience in the fields of biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, chemicals and also medical devices.
Anne handles the preparation, filing and prosecution of applications, in particular, in Europe, the US and in Asia. She also has experience providing strategic advice to clients ranging from small companies and university technology transfer departments through to large multinational companies, advising on infringement and representing clients before the European Patent Office.
Anne obtained a BSc in biochemistry, genetics, cellular and molecular biology from the Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines University in 2009 followed by a Master double competence in Biotechnologies and law from the Tours University in 2011. She then graduated from the Center for International Intellectual Property Studies (CEIPI) in Strasbourg in 2012 in patents, trade marks, designs and models. Anne also graduated from the European Patent Litigation Course in 2017.
Anne has been working in IP since 2011, first in private practice in Paris and then in-house in the IP department of a biopharmaceutical industry in France where she qualified as a European patent attorney in 2015 before she joined the Luxembourg office of Marks & Clerk in 2017.
Anne is fluent in English and French (native speaker) and has a conversational level of Spanish and Italian.
