Peggy has gained a broad experience in advising on all manner of IP issues in China, with a particular focus on all aspects of trade mark and copyright law and practice. Her areas of expertise include portfolio management, providing strategic IP advice, the registration of trade mark rights, handling disputes and other contentious IP matters, transactional work (including licensing and franchising), IP due diligence, enforcement of IP rights, cross-border IP protection, anti-counterfeiting and cybersquatting cases, unfair competition and IP litigation.
Peggy graduated from the University of International Business & Economics in Beijing with a Bachelor’s degree in Law in 2004. She passed the China bar examination in 2011.
Prior to joining Marks & Clerk, Peggy was a trade mark attorney at a leading US law firm.
Peggy is fluent in English and Mandarin.
