Tom is an intellectual property lawyer who advises clients on a wide range of IP matters. Tom focusses primarily on patent litigation and specialises in the high tech, engineering, electronics, TMT, and software sectors.
Tom is well experienced in advising clients across the IP spectrum and has recent experience in patent, copyright, and trade mark disputes. He is also experienced in life sciences patents and SPC related issues. He has experience of litigation in the Court of Appeal, the High Court, and IPEC.
Tom graduated from Imperial College London in 2009 with a first class MSci in Physics with Theoretical Physics. He then trained and qualified as a Solicitor at a magic circle firm before joining Marks & Clerk Law in November 2016.
