Colin is an associate at Marks & Clerk Canada. Colin’s practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, with a particular focus on patent litigation and litigation within the life sciences space.
In law school, Colin specialized in intellectual property and was awarded the Hayes eLaw LLP Scholarship for receiving the highest mark in Intellectual Property Law. He was also a winner of the Legate & Associates Medical Malpractice Moot and a finalist in the Lerners Cup.
Prior to joining Marks & Clerk, Colin was a litigation associate in the intellectual property group at a full-service Bay Street law firm, which he joined after completing a clerkship at the Federal Court.
