Adam is a Chartered (UK) Trade Mark Attorney, with over 5 years’ experience in the trade marks and wider intellectual property profession. Adam is involved in all aspects of trade mark protection and portfolio management including pre-filing advice, clearance searching and prosecuting of trade mark applications. Adam’s practice is predominantly contentious work, including oppositions, post-registration challenges, and settlement negotiations between parties.

As well as advising and assisting clients across a broad spectrum of sectors, Adam is a member of the Creative Industries Team and he has a specific focus on the animation, gaming, content-streaming and e-sports sectors.

In 2021, Adam was awarded a Distinction in the Professional Certificate in Trade Mark Practice (PCTMP) at Nottingham Trent University. Prior to this, Adam successfully completed the postgraduate certificate in Trade Mark Law and Practice at Bournemouth University, having previously obtained a Masters in Law at the University of Sheffield.
