Hye Ji is a qualified patent attorney in the Republic of Korea. She practiced as a patent attorney with a leading Korean intellectual property firm for nine years before joining Marks & Clerk Hong Kong. She has a broad experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the fields of chemistry-electronics fusion technologies, electronics and electrical engineering including networking, telecommunications, business methods, semiconductors, and LED and nano technology. In addition, she has extensive experience in prior art search, infringement analyses, invalidity assessments and patentability opinions.

Hye Ji graduated from Yonsei university in Korea (B.S., electrical engineering, 2005 and B.S., chemical engineering, 2003). She completed the course of Master of Laws in Information Technology and Intellectual Property Law at the University of Hong Kong (LLM).
