Emily has over 8 years of professional experience working in patents, specifically in the life sciences, pharmaceuticals and chemical fields. She specialises in patent prosecution and patent drafting.
Emily graduated from Peking Union Medical College with a master’s degree in pharmacy. Prior to joining Marks & Clerk, she worked as a patent attorney at various Chinese IP agencies.
