Hello there, I really like Image:Parus rock.jpg. :-) DVD R W 04:06, 19 October 2006 (UTC)
I might try to translate this into English, unless you want to do that. Do you have an account at en:? Also, in the future you can use {{Image:Parus rock.jpg}} (as the message above says) instead of using requests for deletion when the image has the wrong name. I've added this for you. Regards, DVD R W 04:13, 19 October 2006 (UTC)
- Thanks! Can you wait one week before translation? I need some time to collect various details. I can translate the article, but my English is very bad. Serguei S. Dukachev 12:33, 19 October 2006 (UTC)
- Sorry, I already started, I was just very excited about it and wanted to know what it said. I will keep it in my user space, here en:User:DVD R W/Скала Парус, until you are ready though. I will also revisit the article in Russian as you add more through out the week. Feel free to edit it in English if you want (I'm sure your English is better than my Russian :-(). I'm also going to ask for help here en:Portal:Russia/New article announcements as we have many talented Russian editors at the English Wikipedia who may want to help with my translation or add any info they can think of. By the way, do you know of any written references for this? And finally, which do you think is a better name in English, Skala Parus, Parus Rock, or Sail Rock? Regards, DVD R W 01:28, 20 October 2006 (UTC)
- No problem! :-) Unfortunately, i don't have account in english wiki. I know only User:Maximaximax, but he can be busy.
I think, that the best name will be "Parus Rock" and two redirection to article. Serguei S. Dukachev 12:06, 20 October 2006 (UTC)
Thank you
[edit]... for the interesting Скала Парус photos! Well done. Greetings --Überraschungsbilder 07:49, 29 October 2006 (UTC)

Hello, and thank your for sharing your files with Commons. There seems to be a problem regarding the description and/or licensing of this particular file. Please remember that all uploads require source, author and license information. Could you please resolve these problems, which are described on the page linked in above? You can edit the description page and change the text. Uploading a new version of the file does not change the description of the file. This page may give you more hints on which information may be missing. Thank you.

[[:File:Shahterskaya_Slava_1st_Degree.jpg]] ).
If you created the content yourself, enter If someone else created the content, or if it is based on someone else's work, the source should be the address to the web page where you found it, the name and ISBN of the book you scanned it from, or similar. Thanks for uploading File:Moskovskiy, 197x. Building of 25, 26, 28 apartment buildings.jpg. This media is missing permission information. A source is given, but there is no proof that the author or copyright holder agreed to license the file under the given license. Please provide a link to an appropriate webpage with license information, or ask the author or copyright holder to send an email with copy of a written permission to VRT (permissions-commons@wikimedia.org). You may still be required to go through this procedure even if you are the author yourself; please see Commons:But it's my own work! for more details. After you emailed permission, you may replace the {{No permission since}} tag with {{subst:PP}} on file description page. Alternatively, you may click on "Challenge speedy deletion" below the tag if you wish to provide an argument why evidence of permission is not necessary in this case.
Please see this page for more information on how to confirm permission, or if you would like to understand why we ask for permission when uploading work that is not your own, or work which has been previously published (regardless of whether it is your own). The file probably has been deleted. If you sent a permission, try to send it again after 14 days. Do not re-upload. When the VRT-member processes your mail, the file can be undeleted. Additionally you can request undeletion here, providing a link to the File-page on Commons where it was uploaded ([[:File:Moskovskiy, 197x. Building of 25, 26, 28 apartment buildings.jpg]] ) and the above demanded information in your request. |
